Delivery Guarantees
For select products and delivery speeds, we offer guaranteed delivery. If your order qualifies, the guaranteed delivery date and associated cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.
If we miss the guaranteed delivery date and no delivery attempt is made by that time, we’ll refund the full shipping fee associated with the order.
The “Order Within” countdown timer shows how much time you have to place your order to qualify for the stated delivery date. However, product availability or changes in delivery capacity may affect that delivery window, even within the countdown period. Your confirmed delivery date will be mentioned in your order confirmation email.
Shipping Rates & Times
Shipping rates and delivery times depend on the selected shipping speed and the weight or size of the items in your order.
To check your shipping cost and estimated delivery time:
- Add your items to the Cart and select Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter or confirm your shipping address.
- Choose your preferred shipping speed and click Continue.
- Select your payment method and click Continue.
Your total shipping and handling charges, along with the estimated delivery date, will be shown under Order Summary before you place your order.
International Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the product category, shipping option, and destination.
- Rates are calculated per item.
- Ordering multiple items may result in separate shipping charges for each product.
