Return and Refund policy

1. Return Policy

We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

To request a return:

  • Email imnoor.sales53@gmail.com with your order ID, clear photos of the product, and the reason for return.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable). If not, we may ask you to ship it to our address.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Hygiene-related products (if applicable)

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your choice.
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days.
  • Cancelled orders (before shipping) are refunded within 2 business days.

Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our fault.
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer after collecting your account details.
